Located in a quiet residential area in Benidorm, Ciudad Patricia was built almost forty years ago with the aim of creating an exclusive resort for seniors and retirees who want to enjoy their life in a community, with comfort, services, and safety in a one-of-a-kind setting.
Nestled in a large natural green area measuring 100,000 square metres, at the foot of the Sierra Helada and a short distance from Benidorm and its beaches, our residential community consists of a total of 190 spacious and comfortable apartments with one or two bedrooms and with a balcony or garden. These apartments are home to seniors who are of different nationalities, and most of them are permanent residents.
The resort’s Central Building houses various facilities for common use, such as the restaurant, gym, and function room, complemented by a rehabilitation centre with a care hotel, beauty salon, and a total of five swimming pools, one of which is heated all year round.
