All apartments have 2 spacious bedrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Outdoor living – so important here in Spain – is recognized with each apartment having its own terrace or garden where residents can relax, enjoy supper and a glass of wine, and even entertain friends and family. Top floor apartments have larger roof-top terraces with the penthouse having an enormous terrace of more than 150 square metres. The garden flat is unique in Ciudad Patricia with its large wrap-around garden, ideal for whiling away the hours in peaceful tranquility. All apartments have its own “trastero” or store room for bicycles, golf clubs, tools etc, and there’s even a dedicated parking space per apartment. We also recognize that we live in a more eco-focused world and have set aside space for charging of electric vehicles, bicycles and mobility buggies.

The interior of the apartments will be built to a high standard with quality materials and fittings such a light-switches, taps, kitchen appliances and flooring throughout.
