Fitness and well-being

Stay in shape to take care of your physical and emotional health and well-being

5 swimming pools

At Ciudad Patricia , you can enjoy a total of five swimming pools spread across different areas of our residential resort for retirees to swim, cool off or relax while enjoying the wonderful climate of this area of the Costa Blanca. One of the pools is indoors and heated for swimming all year round.

Gym

We know that keeping our bodies active is essential for not only physical but also emotional well-being. This is why we provide a gym with a complete fitness room with everything you need to keep in shape. At the gym, you can do fitness activities on your own or participate in sessions guided by a professional instructor.

Mini-golf and petanque

Play sports while you socialise and enjoy your leisure time at the resort’s mini-golf course and petanque boulodrome, playing a game outdoors with your friends. These low-impact activities help you stay fit together while having fun and sharing a healthy hobby with other Ciudad Patricia residents.

What Your Children Really Worry About When You Live Abroad

A Life With Fewer Moving Parts

You wake up, make coffee, and glance at the kitchen counter. There’s a note. Nobody remembers writing it, but it says “call insurance.” Next to it is another reminder: “plumber?” With a question mark, which suggests uncertainty. The phone pings with a message from the gardener. The car service light has come on again. Something outside is dripping. Possibly water. Possibly not.

None of this is a disaster. You are perfectly capable of handling it. In fact, that’s the point. You have always handled things. Work, family, moves between countries, complicated lives that required organisation and calm judgement.

But there is a quiet moment when you realise something slightly absurd. You are essentially running what seems like a small country!

It doesn't have to be this way.
