It is the core of community life at Ciudad Patricia. The reception area, restaurant, beauty centre, and some of our main services are located here.
Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.
Hortensia Building
At Hortensia, you can enjoy two worlds: the vibrant bustle of the city and the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adjacent pine forest.
Flora Building
Flora, our tallest building, boasts stunning panoramic views of the valley, the mountains, and the resort.
Elisa Building
Elisa is located in a tranquil setting near the Central Building, indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and hobby room.

We have an indoor swimming pool that you can enjoy all year round, whether you would like to exercise or have a moment of relaxation.

We're Open to Visitors
I hope you’re well and safe in light of the current Global Health Situation. It’s actually been a surprisingly positive journey for us here at Ciudad Patricia.
Most importantly, I would like to let you know that you are welcome to visit Ciudad Patricia again. We can discuss your various living options in Ciudad Patricia while enjoying a cup of coffee, take a tour of the park and visit our show apartment.
I can imagine that during lockdown, you've found yourself thinking more than ever about planning your future. It certainly made me realise the importance of companionship and personal safety: two fundamental things that Ciudad Patricia can provide.
We have regularly heard from our residents that they feel so safe here and that they were so happy with everything that has been done for them such as:
- 24 hours medical backup
- information letters in their own language about the phases with their regulations
- daily accessibility of reception
- intensive disinfection of all buildings, entrances and common areas
- meal delivery
- pharmacy assistance
- shopping trips
- maintenance of gardens
- location manager 24 hours reachable
- daily phone calls from reception to check in on people living by themself
We are all proud to have been able to have the hugely rewarding work!
Social contacts have also been hugely important; neighbour contacts, whatsapp groups, evening games in the terraced gardens, neighbour's help, all kinds of wonderful activities that have arisen in this 'special' period.
The great news is that you no longer have to wait to make an appointment. We are open for you to come and visit our beautiful park yourself. Even if you're not ready to move just yet, and just want to find out more, you’re more than welcome.
