Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.
Gardenia Building
Gardenia is located right across from the Central Building, allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that are just a stone’s throw away from your apartment.

Not bad eh?
My husband had 2 hip replacements so could not do the usual maintanence of our big villa What to do? Lets downsize but to where? Saw the ad in local magazine: Ciudad Patrica in Benidorm.
OH I love Benidorm. So off we went to have a chat at the Senior Resort with a lovely lady who took us step by step through the buying process etc! We decided to do a try before you buy & we loved it. But we had to make sure as it was a big change in our life. So we did three try before you buys & it just got better. The staff were good as were the residents. Some had been there 20 years so it can’t be bad!
Loved the idea of having a Doctor on call 24/7. There was so much to do on a day to day basis & the added bonus of a heated indoor pool so could swim all year. So we could either join in or be on our own. We were lucky enough to be there when a top floor apartment came for sale with wonderful views. Simply paradise!
We are now happily settled in and looking forward to joining in the events. We have been to a few already. What more can I say? Well lots but the sun on our balcony is calling me, even in November! So off I go for a little drink.
