Iris Building
Iris, completed in 2018, offers 15 apartments built to luxury quality standards. It is located just 50 metres from the Central Building.

6 or 7 years ago I visited Ciudad Patricia, whilst enjoying the beautiful view and a coffee on the terrace. I decided that this was when I wanted to spend my declining years, when the time was right.
Eventually after several visits we bravely opted to buy an apartment in the proposed new building “Iris”.
Being an inveterate worrier, I spent many sleepless nights thinking of all that could go wrong.
Now 6 months after moving in, despite minor teething problems, I know we made the right decision.
The apartment is beautiful, and we have peace of mind knowing that in the event of any problem help is at hand and there is always congenial company if wanted or alternately complete privacy if preferred. Even our elderly cat loves it!
