Ciudad Patricia has been acquired end of 2005 by Credo España S.L. (a Royal VolkerWessels company) and Gericon España S.L. (liased to Zorggroep Waterweg Noord at Schiedam, Holland).
Credo is responsible for the apartments. Gericon is experienced in service and (medical) care. Gericon runs the nursery home, the central building and offers service and medical care. Credo and Gericon are cooperating with the aim to make the life for all residents as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
