Both in case of for life right of use and in case of purchase in ownership and renting, the monthly dispenses amount to € 292,- per month. These service costs include:

• Costs of caretakers and porters;
• Security of buildings and residence park;
• Building insurance (not the inventory) against fire and other calamities;
• Water consumption, the processing of waste, property taxes IBI and sewerage taxes of the apartments, joint spaces and gardens;
• Maintenance and cleaning of joint space and gardens;
• Maintenance of the exterior of the buildings and of joint spaces and gardens, sports facilities and swimming pools;
• 24 hours disposal of medical assistance;
• Organization and coordination of social activities, disposal of space for these activities in the central building;
• Satellite television;

The service costs do not include electricity and telephone.
