Location in the park
In the park there are four blocks of apartments that are property of Apartamentos Ciudad Patricia: Elisa, Flora, Gardenia and Hortensia. Each of the blocks has got its own advantages:

Elisa is situated in the centre of the park and is surrounded by a lot of green with views on one of the swimming pools. |

Flora is situated a bit higher in the park and therefore it has a beautiful panorama on the valley. |

Gardenia is situated in the lower part of the park and therefore it is perfectly accessible for people that are less mobile. Besides, Gardenia is situated next to the central building. |

Also Hortensia is easy to reach and overviews the dynamic city of Benidorm. |

The other apartments are property of Isfas (The Spanish Ministry of Defence) that uses the apartments for short holidays for their pensioners.
